Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using GrandScore.
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions of use of the GrandScore service (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") provided by Prescend, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") on its website and tablet/smartphone applications (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). All users of this Service (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are required to use this Service in accordance with these Terms.
1Conditions of Use
Users shall use this App after always updating it to the latest version. The Company shall not be responsible for any problems arising from the use of versions other than the latest version of this App.
2Intellectual Property Rights
- •All copyrights, other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, publicity rights, other personal rights, and ownership rights and other property rights related to all content provided through this Service, as well as all text, images, programs, and other information constituting this Service, belong to the Company or third parties who hold such rights.
- •Users shall not use content (reprint, copy, modify, store, or transfer, etc.) beyond the scope of use permitted by the Company within this Service. Users acknowledge in advance that the Company may change the terms of use of content as necessary, and that depending on such changes, the Company may take measures it deems necessary, such as deleting or suspending use of the relevant content.
- •The Company has the right to copy and distribute scores created by Users through this Service without prior permission.
3User Information
The Company may collect the following information (hereinafter referred to as "User Information") in connection with this Service:

- •Device information: Device, OS, user agent, device language settings, access country, etc.
4Prohibited Actions
Users are prohibited from the following actions when using this Service:
- •Acts that infringe or may infringe on the intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, design rights, patent rights, utility model rights, trademark rights, and know-how) or other rights of third parties or the Company
- •Acts that attempt to circumvent, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise alter the security technology or software used by the Company, or that encourage or assist others in doing so
- •Acts that infringe or may infringe on the property or privacy of third parties or the Company
- •Acts that cause or may cause disadvantage, economic damage, or mental damage to third parties or the Company
- •Acts for commercial purposes or preparations for commercial purposes through or in connection with this Service without the Company's approval
- •Acts to copy, adapt, publicly transmit (including making transmittable), or modify this App
- •Acts that interfere with the operation of this Service
- •Acts that damage the credibility of this Service
- •Other acts that violate or may violate laws and regulations
- •Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate
5Changes to Service Content
The Company may change the content of this Service or discontinue the provision of this Service without notice to Users, and shall not be liable for any damage caused to Users as a result.
6Changes to Terms of Service
The Company may change these Terms when it deems necessary. In such cases, the changes will be announced or notified to Users by posting/displaying on this Service or other appropriate means. However, for changes that require User consent under law, the Company will obtain User consent by methods prescribed by the Company.
7Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Japanese law shall govern the interpretation of these Terms. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with this Service, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
